I'm in the process of turbo charging my 1996 2.2l cavalier it been a headach i had to take a guy to court to get my motor back after two years and now i am more determined to have this thing going but i am not sure about a few things i have almost eveything i need to do what i want i have built the motor back from the ground but what kinda of fuel injectors should i use and houw many CC i would like to run about 12 psi. Also do i need a FMU or can it slide for right now? And last but not least where the hell can i find a exusht manifold with a flange for a turbonectics T3/T4 turbo (besides explotied) thanks for all your help guys

ebay...... search cavalier turbo

injectors..... can't get them......... you need to do a top feed conversion

top feed conversion

j-body.org......search emry's topfeed conversion

once you do the topfeed conversion

for 12 psi you are going to need 36lbs or 38lbs injectors..... or 370 or higher CC......


FMU

ebay...... search cartech 2025 FMU........(adjustable MUCH easier to tune with)

as well you will need AFPR....

ebay....... search Adjustable Fuel pressure Regulator....

extra injector setup, a topfeed can be done but it involves dramatically more work but like he said it has been done if you want to spend lots of time.
