is this kit prefabed to fit perfect on my car? no modifications need just a bolt in ? i'm thinking about just buying this intercooler setup instead of making my own i can sell the one i have and piping for 500 so i think i will go for the j tuners kit thats already fabed up ... but is it a direct fit?
i believe its a perfect fit,
IF you have their manifold and turbo, but i'm, not sure on that..its not that hard to build your own charge pipes
and i hate to burst your bubble but i don't think you can get 500 for your ebay stuff
well a kid aaround here just bout a turbo kit for his integra and basically handed me 500 for the intercooler and piping . i wasn't saying i hope i can sell it for that much thats how much he offered so i took it . i just got off the phone with him infact . he is coming get it tommorow. and i'm getting the j tuners turbo kit nd intercooler piping .
Blade, does your car have an EGR system? I'm running their Stage 3 Kit on my 1996 2.4L, if you don't have EGR their kit is directly bolt on, if you do use EGR you may need the intake pipe modifed, along with your turbo piping. Leo will know what you need being my car was his first EGR turbo application.

Im not down with the 2" charge pipes from jtuners. It's not just the fact they are 2", but they are really long also. I guess it doesn't matter much, though, $1000 for the kit is F-ing rediculous!!!!!!
Failure is not failure if you learn from it
Why not save some money and buy u bends off of like ebay and fab your own? But ya after looking over it and stuff its basically just a 90 degree do it yourself kit off of ebay. But if it fits your needs and all I would say get it then.
~Boost. Its what's for dinner!~
^^ Thats what I thought. But I do still plan on buying their manifold though along with other stuff from them.

Yeah, there manifolds are superior to anything i've seen for the 2200/2.2l.

Sounds easier than it really is.
On my setup, Josh (MINION) fabbed all the piping and I'll say that it was probably the majority of the process (about 2-3 days of work to complete it). When it comes to intercooler piping, it's best to weld as much as possible to keep from having a future boost leak cause a coupler popped off. If you're not going to weld, make sure you have a strong T-Bolt Clamps on there to keep it from popping off.
Currently on my setup, I have 5 couplers... 1 coupler from the turbo connecting to the intercooler piping, a coupler on each side of my intercooler, 1 coupler connecting piping in my fender area and 1 coupler connecting to my TB piece. If ever in the future there is a boost leak problem (which I highly doubt, those suckers are on there tight) there is only 3 locations I have to look for one.
Here is what it looks like with Josh, the Madd Magician:
Granted I wasn't the one doing the work but watching him do everything and seeing how much work was involved in it to get it 100%, it defenitley wasn't easy.
