Okay, this might sound strange but, is it possible to change out a t3/t4 compressor housing, wheel, and backplate to a regular t3 housing. If so, would the shaft have to be changed, or if they are the same stage wheels would they be okay? Just wondering if this works, I might be swapping down to a t360 compressor and wheel till I build the motor to support the t3/to4e 57 trim I have.

The reason a T3/T4 is called a T3/T4, is exactly that.
The compressor wheel, backplate, and housing are all compatible with a T4.
The center section can be used with either a T3 or T4 depending on the size of bearings being used (can get them for either a T3 or T4 shaft).
The turbine wheel (which is attached permenantly to the shaft and cannot be removed) is from a T3. Hence why the turbocharger is called a T3/T4
To swap down, you'll need the T3 60 wheel, T3 compressor housing, and T3 compressor backplate.
