Hello. I am just starting to work on my audio. My current setup is below. I want to build a SQ system.
Current setup
Deck: Pioneer DEH-P4400
Front Speakers: Stock
Rear Speakers: 2 Eclipse 8051 4"
Possible New Setup
Deck: Pioneer DEH-P4400
Front Speakers:
Infinity Kappa 462.5cfp 4"x6" 2-way Plate Speakers
Rear Speakers:
Infinity Kappa 692.5i 6"x9" 2-way Speakers
1. What do you guys think of this for a possible setup? Shipped from Crutchfield it is $240.97.
2. If I get this setup, I will probably get an amp with it or in the near future. Any suggestions?
3. What should I do with the 2 Eclipse 8051 4" that are currently in the rear?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

if you want sq, i'd just leave the 4" in the rear deck, let them play the midrange frequencies wich will be enough for any back seat listeners. now take the money for the 6x9s and put it with the money for the 4x6's now take all that money and buy yourself a good 6.5" componet set. and then invest in an amp to push the componet set only. let the 4" run off the headunits power. then find yourself a good sub and a bus amp. or if u want to keep things really simple get a nice powerful 4 channel amp. run the first two channels to your componet set and bridge the 3 and 4th channel to a sub or two.

What depth of 6.5 can I fit in the foor without cutting the carpet? If i cut the carpet, what depth can I install without the speaker hitting the window crank? Also, where is the best location to place my tweeters?

I think i am just going to buy some kickpanels. They will sound better and I won't have to worry about the sizing. Thanks for all your suggestions,
