Well i started uprgraded my stereo a few days ago, so far all i have done are the interior speakers. Now when the bass hits my interior lights dim slightly, just barely noticeable. Is this normal? I am still getting a new head unit and maybe a sub, also i have a remote car starter. So...do i do the big 3 thing? any suggestions would be great....

you should do the BIG 3 regardless. But the more strain on your electrcal system the more dimming you will get.

the big 3 doesnt seem to difficult to do, opinions?

I havent did the big three yet but im gonna it seems to be about an hour long job, it cant be hard if you know at least a lil about cars. Yea the dimming is normal tho if you turn the bass up on just about any car when its idling and turn the radio up you will notice your dash lights dimming a bit. nothin to worry about unless you get farther along into making a system
