what do you guys think????? where is the ignition wire that it says to wire it too? I tried wiring up my gauges to what i thought was the right wire and the cars theft system wouldnt let the car start until i put it back to normal. I ended up wiring the gauges to the pcon wire of the deck to the amp. It works....... but id really like the gauges and shift light to be on when the cars on and the deck be left alone. Any thoughts?

Go for a thick pink wire off the ignition switch. It's got power only when the car is on.

how do i wire the gauges so that they are on when the cars on acc, start, and on? and the shift light i guess only needs to be on when the cars on. So the pink will work for that. I wont have any problems with the theft system will i?

theres a think brown wire in the bunch too. that one is for acc, start, and on. the pink one is ont for start and on
Red wire is always hot.
Brown wire is hot in ACC and RUN.
Yellow wire is hot in START only (starter).
Orange wire is hot in RUN only
Pink wire is hot in RUN, START and bulb test.
There isn't a wire that is hot in all but off and lock, sorry.
