are HID legal in the USA? are those the really bright lights that i see on some of the high luxury cars? they are almost blinding when i pass them. is it hard to convert my 9007 bulbs from my 03 cavi to HIDs? is it worth the 100 dollars? i recently bought the luminics 9007 pure blue bulbs and they did not put out light at all but they were pretty blue. thats why i wanted to convert to HIDs. thank you

Youll want to retrofit your housing with projector or youll be pissing a lot of people off by running HIDs through the stock light diffusor. Itll look to other drivers like you have your highs on all the time and youll probably gte pulled over for it.
how do i make projectors? ive seen people custom made 03 headlights that looked really nice i think qwibby was one of them. ive seen some different ones on ebay but the only thing that changed is the turn signal cover was clear instead of orange. i want something that is completely clear like the 95-99 headlights i see on eBay. how do i do this? can i buy different ones somewhere because the ones on eBay are not different at all.
