A liitle excessive when there is enough boom to kill anyo e sittting inside. That would be awesome hooked up to an alarm

no such thing as excessive, that is untill you cant even drive the car. a 155 is perfect! after that then its a little excessive for daily.

Have you heard 155 db Anton? Its a bit excessive for constant listening at that level daily. But you can always turn it down.

Better yet try 156 db at 30 hz.

yea ive sat in a few vehicals that hit over 155, one in particular was 4 12" audio ques on a 10,000 watt amp, @!#$ was crazy, i think it was 156 tho. lol

@!#$ I sat in a Cherokee walled with 4 15s doing 156 at 30 hz. Its hard to breath at all.

He played I Put On. Oh my god.

yea, i dont know what hz he hit the 156 at so yea, but i do know that it was very loud and it was a little hard to breath, but i could do it. lol. i wouldnt say it was excessive. it was in ford version of the blazer (the name excapes me). but ill be happy with 150! lol and some day move up.

I was fcukin rocking out in that truck. The judge at that dBDracg told my friend that they created a monster because I like it.

I would like to hit 150 but I cant justify the cost for awhile

been a while since i last looked at up but im pretty sure that at 155 dbs. your doing permanent hearing damage listening to it for over a minute.

i thought even over 140 for a few minutes was permanant damage... altho i still watch tv at volume 5 and all my freinds and family dont understand how i can hear it when they cant. maybe im just getting really good at lip reading.... lol

my cav hit over 140 with my old system. over time it did damage to not only my ears but car as well. i blew the drain plug in my trunk out and before that the latch on the rear seat to fold it down broke. now i cant hear @!#$, my boss gets pissed at me all the time cuz i never hear my phone ring lol

your car was going to fall apart either way then. i hit a 144 daily, my ears dont hurt, i can hear extremely well, and im not seeing my car fall apart from the subwoofer. not one bolt has come off, nothing is loose.
