so i finally purchased 2 12" kicker cvx's dvc 2s.... they shipped them today....now all i need is an amp...i dont know what to get though..i want a good kicker amp...would the kicker zx1500.1 monoblock be a good choice or should i go to the next amp or down an amp? i dont want a knockoff amp either...i really prefer kicker but i dont want anything too expensive like a JL amp... and will i be alright without a cap? i dont want my alternator to die or my battery..i dont even have a yellow top...would big 3 be sufficient?? the subs put out 750 rms so thats probably enough to need a cap but they are too expensive!!!

what size amp do you plan to run?

caps do not do anything. they can actually do more harm than good.

i want to give 750 watts to each sub...so like a kicker zx 1500.1..how would i have to wire it if i got that???
