Nope. The not-square design will reduce standing waves. Just make sure you do your math correctly for net gross volume. Remember to include bracing and sub displacement!
Bracing, definitely, going to put rope in the corners and a few other tricks. Wysiwig, once it's time I'll have you whip me up a driver's side port.
