Now I would like it to look 100% stock except for a switch for the angel eyes.. I know i need the new dimmer/fog light panel and switch but do i need a wiring harness?? or do I just plug into that switch? I want it to look 100% stock

You will need a 95-99 switch 00+ will not work. You will have to run your own wires

^^ yes, but, the kit comes with a wiring harness. get a 95-99 z24 dimmer panel, and instead of wiring in the pushbutton (you'll see what i mean when you get the kit...) wire it through the fog switch on the panel.
