Ok so i took my 96 z24 to the dealer when my power mirrors and radio and keyless entry stopped working... They said it needs a new RFA module... So there going to put one in tomorrow...
Are these things interchangeable? Can i grab one from a junk yard and have them put it in? And just wtf does it do.

That was just a simple google search.

I would imagine you can swap them but I don't imagine that the dealership will install a junkyard part. You would prolly have to do it yourself. I would also think that you might have to relearn the passlock but that's pretty easy.
Also, I'm not sure what one looks like or where to look.
