I searched every where and couldnt find a how to if some one could help me
yea thats awsome but i wanted to do the flush mount but this is a start..... how did you pull the bottom shell with out cracking it
Pulled, If it breaks when you pull it out, you got a problem, because it's definently gunna break when you put pressure in it from a sub...
ok cool so i guess i will use alot of fiberglass
For the flush mount, just trace your spare tire cover onto the wood. It will fit the groove perfect then. Other than that everything is pretty much how SEC-Z showed you. Just make sure to apply several coates of fiberglass to make it strong when you remove it. Five would be a good solid enclosure. Scuff it with sand paper between coates, so the new glass has something to stick to.

thanks guys and both your set ups are awsome
You can either scuff inbetween layers, or for a stronger bond (and the correct method) would be to add next layer of glass when the previous layer is almost dry but still tacky. This saves ALOT of sanding and creates a better bond between layers. Also, the smoother your lay it, the less sanding! ALWAYS take your time laying out the glass, because sanding is the DEVIL!!!!!
awsome im gonna started next week i will keep you guys posted
