ok. everyone (or almost everyone) should know about the electrical fire issue in the stearing columns. now. im in an argument with seth (wizkiddrummer) about what years this covers. he says its only for "my type of car" wich im assuming pertains to 95-99 cav and fires. but they dont count the 2000+ fires and cavaliers. so. what years does this actually pertain to. just to solve our argument.
Actually, this recall includes all '98 to '01 j cars as well as all '98 n cars (Grand Am, Skylark & Achieva). The recall has been done in three phases with the third phase ( 01 j body)just beggining now. Hope this puts an end to your argument!
well. i know hat the recall is out on my car right now. and i have a 96. and there are people with 02+ that have had the recal done. so i know its out on all j cars
well when i still had my 01 like 2 years ago i knew about the recall....so its not just starting now. I got an 04 now and haven't heard anything since i got it
