Minimum Impedance Bridged 4 ohms you can wire one sub per channel and run each channel at 2 ohms. But you cannot run that amp bridged at 2 ohms.
If you want to hook them both to a single channel of a amp it would present a 1 or 4 ohm load.
if your wanting to hook them to seprate channels each sub will present a 2 or 8 ohm load per channel.

so in order to get the power out of the amp bridge like i wanted to i would need to wire them up to four ohms and bridge them serpreatly?
whats the best amp for this situation
Sounstream amp that would suffice ... There might be better but I own a soundstream amp similar to this (2000D) and it's real nice, great bang for the buck for sure.

you want to bump, then they will bump and hit real hard and a lot good.
