Alternator whine. I think its due to a poor ground.
Thanks Steven Ill check it out
the info steven has given you is correct. A poor ground is a BAD problem most people get when they try to build a sound system in the garage. As u may know the BEST ground is the frame. Altho us uni-bodies dont have frames there is a fame/ sub-frame under the motor.
Your best bet would be to run your ground from your Junction Block or Amps to the front of the car into the sub-frame.

You want your ground wire to be as short as possible. If your amp is in the trunk, use the seat belt bolt. or find the nearest bolt and scrape the paint away.

Me or the electrical genius?
Hey, I just installed my amp the other day and found a perfect place to ground it at. If you have a 4DR (not sure about 2 door), there's these 3 metal things that come up off of the rear deck. Just unbolt the middle one, stick your ground on there and screw the bolt in from the bottom (from the trunk towards the ceiling) and you're set. However you might want to sand the bolt area around the bolt with a dremel so it's a for sure metal to metal contact. Aside from that, make sure that you're power wires are not running parallel to your hi/low level audio wires, and if they must cross, they do so in a 90 degree angle and as few times as possible. Plus it also helps if you have very well shielded power and rca cables.
^^^^ that is not a very good place to ground either. Also that power wire and audio wire stuff is bunk. you ground your power wire to what the metal of the car right? so the whole car is metal right? hmmmm how can you avoid that?
