RCA Cables

i am wanting to put my infinity sound system into my new car and i'm having some difficulties.. when i took the wires out of my old car i couldn't get the RCA cables out cleanly so i had to cut them because the connectors would not come out.. i crimped the wires in hopes of re-using the wire again with this.. i can't get any sound out of my suib.. the amp has power and everything points to the RCA cables being the problem.. my question is will it work if the RCA cables are crimped or do i need to purchase new RCA cables

buy new cables. even if you crimp them the sound quailty will suck

yah i agree , i tried to crimp them but i am pretty sure that once you cut the wires they are screwed.. because they aren't liek electrical wires and they won't crimp the same as normal electrical wires.. thanks

i know this sounds dumb and im not saying it to put you down what so ever but are your connections from your amp to your speakers secure. i just tore my friends system apart that had the same problem and it came down to the wires inside the box.

You need new RCA's man, they're not made like speaker wire. You can't just crimp them and they're fixed.

you want to bump, then they will bump and hit real hard and a lot good.
