OK, I have two Alpine Type S 10" DVC's in my Cavalier along with an MA Audio MA-501 Amp that is supposed to run 500w x1 RMS @ 1ohm according to the dealer. (They had me running 1.5 ohms on 2 Ma Audio D6 DVC 12's before.) What is the best wiring diagram that you can come up with to run this at as low ohms as possible to get the full 500w RMS out of the amp. I was thinking of running all the negatives together in-line and running all the positives together in-line but, I think these voice coils are 2 ohm instead of 3 ohm and I'm not sure it will work

If they are 2ohm VC, best you can get is either 2 ohm or 0.5ohm loads

Well, thanks man but, I think I just got shot down. The diagram u got is how I have them now and I believe they are 2ohm voice coils.

If you wire them as the diagram above, its a .5 ohm load... time to get another amp and run 1 sub for each amp
