just got 2 of the old school round solobaric 15's in the trunk of my cavy....they are sealed for now but that will change soon....anyone else ever used these or had any experience with them?
Low power handling, great spl woofer for its time.
I agree. I loved those things. Great subs.

I have used them since them they first came out.. Still run a 2ohm 10" round Solobaric today.
ive heard that they sound great... if there like the newer ones they sound pretty damn good.
Ummm, if they are the OLD Round SOLOs They need to BE SEALED! That is what they were developed for if I remember correctly.

yeah they were designed to work in small inclosures....really the first kicker sub to need less than a cubic foot for a 10 inch
Contact Kicker for some other box designs.
I was considering a bandpass with a sealed chamber, but it would have left a foot of useable space across the back of my trunk, so I stuck with using a single sealed box or two sealed boxes. All designed using the Golden Rule method.
old school solos rocked imo.
