Picked up a pair of alphasonik 15's. (600 series).
Since the xxx 15's won't be released till who knows when...i'm going to do a wall with these.
Going with 8 cubes @29hz...about 100sq in of port . subs are 800rms each, i'm going to run them off my orion 2500d.

at least it's the higher end of audiobling...i'm really expecting them to get quite loud though. with an fs of 24.5, i may even go lower on the tuning (26hz maybe)

I have a set of Alphasonik 3 way components, they rock it out.
That's pretty low. What's your res freq at? Cuz I tuned my box to 33Hz and that's wher it seems the happiest but I noticed when I play a 29Hz test frequency it actually has a higher SPL. I might actually be able to tune the port and get her down a bit. I'm not running a wall but maybe I'm a little off base with this. It's been quite a while since I did an SPL build.

the res freq. of the car you mean? if so, don't know, don't care. i'm not looking to get loud on a meter, i'm looking to get loud below 30hz.

i wouldnt mind trying to get my L7's down below 30
well...we built a wall but it didn't fit, lmao
8 cubes net tuned to 26hz with about 150 inches of port....and it was too wide at the top!!
I didn't try putting it in the car yet, but just from measuring with the tape i really doubt it's going to fit, unless i stick it in at an angle or some jazz like that, but even then it's gonna be iffy. it's 48" wide and 33" tall, lol.
i'll try to get some pics of the monster box tomorrow...here's the sub wired up with some 8awg wire.

well when i measured, i didn't bother to notice that the top of the car is a LOT narrower then the bottom. and i had modified the design during building it and it ended up being taller then planned.
