when i put my body kit on my 98 cav the bumper lights of course do not go with it and ever since i took them out my corners will blink when i am signaling but will not stay on with my headlights. is there anyone that can help me with what wires i need to change or what to do to get them to stay on with the headlights like they origanlly did?

Hook up your old turn signals and place them behind the bumper. You ned to complete the circuit to make it work properly.
