kind of a poll here, but for those who have had experience with ordering from them, was it a good or bad experience?
Normally when I see amps that are sold for $1000 here, and $80 on that site... I think something's up. So... the question is: are they legit? because if they are, i wanna start buyin from them, even if they are american... do they ship to canada?
Though I haven't bought from them (being in Canada) I've heard many many good things, I think they're quite legit and their customer service sounds great.
You're probably looking at refurbished stuff(nothin wrong with that,) which would explain the insane prices.
I ordered from them before, they ship pretty quick, but their returns are REALLY crappy. Had a dead amp, took me 2 months to get ahold of them and for them to say they finally did have the amp to ship me another one.
they make their money on inflated shipping charges, a lot of the prices listed are THEIR COST, they just jack up the shipping to make the profit. Still pretty good deals though.

Ive never had a problem with them. and i bought close to a grand worth of product from them.
I've never had a problem.
It's a good idea to call and see if what you want is in stock though. They seem to run out of stock quickly and then you have to wait a while (especially whith their amps)...so call before you order.

ive never had a problem with them....yet. I recently got a refurbished directed audio 750d amp. Came really quick. I havent yet installed it though. Waiting on the box to be completed so we'll see.

no..dealers only get charged ACTUAL shipping charges, instead of inflated charges...that's their "dealer discount"...not really worth messing with.

I haven't had a problem with them at all. I ordered a Hifonics amp from them and a Rockford sub (which I now sold. Rockford sucks). The first sub I got, the surround cracked. They took it back and sent me a new one within 2 weeks. The prices are good, but the shipping is infalted, like the last few posts stated. But I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
