Yes you can but you have to wire a nuetral switch or something like that.
Search and you will find an answer with details on how to do it. It's been asked quite a few times.

you dont need to connect those 2 wires together. Just wire the (Starter) wire of the remote starter to the output side of the clutch pedal.
