Alright...so the "big three?" ... well i can see the negative and the motor wire thingy...but for the alternator wire upgrade...seriosly...that thing runs through everything??? how do u upgrade that...do i have to like bypass everything er wat

I think you leave the factory hot and just run another one strait to the battery.
just run your big wire from the alternator straight to the battery. with a fuse of course.
