Last night i hooked my sterio up in my car i got 4 10's and a sony amp dunno how many watts but it will rattle your head alil bit.But anyway i forgot to instal the remote wire and my battery ran down.I unhooked the amp then put a switch on my dash so i could turn the amp on and off so i wouldint run my battery down....now the amp wont work at all all the lights and stuff come on but no power to my speakers what so ever not even alittle bump...what have i done any one got any idea im freakin out the amp was 400 have i blown it..??? If so then Sony is just some thanks for the help

4 10's, all depends how you wired them up, you could have cooked the amp. Impedence is a nasty animal that can come up and bite you if you don't know what you're doing. Double and triple check your wiring, actually have someone else check it. I'm kinda confused about the not hooking up the remote wire; without the remote, your amp doesn't turn on. How did you wire in the switch? Is it off the remote wire, or is it off the power wire?
