Why are my subs hitting all the time

When I turn my head unit on my subs will "hit" when im playing music I car hear the subs hitting when there not supposed to ,even when i eject the disc I can hear bass when I turn the subs off the highs sound fine it goes away sometimes and sounds fine but it gotten worse over the last couple of days someone please help thanks

bad grounds, or you have cheap RCA cables

the rca cables are monster cables but they are kind of old i bought them 4 years ago

With the stereo turned on, try unplugging the rcas from the amp. If the noise quits then you know its your rcas. If not, its probably a ground issue or a problem with the amp itself.

mine did that when the voicecoils went on the solobaric

how can i tell if my voicecoils are broken what will it look like?

sounds to me like ur BASS BOOST .. is way too high to me.. turn down ur levels and see if it helps.. also make sure your amp is on LOW PASS.. NOT full or high
