i bought some alpine type-s 4x6 replacement speakers off of a friend for a decent price, but when i went to install them, they were too small....is this common for aftermarket 4x6s? i'm kinda just looking for something to hold over until i can afford some components without a lot of custom fabricating....any suggestions on how to make them fit?
make a mdf bracked and ditch the stock one, or just glue them tot he stock plate.. ur ghonna be ripping it all out soon anyways
just make some new holes with self tapping screws, or use some particle board and make an adapter
