well here i am, not long ago my old car was totaled and so i start again. well now i have a vert and not quite as much trunk space, which i still need some for work.

i have, nothing spectacular, 2 12" infinity kappas, 4ohm SVC, powered by 1 JBL BP300.1 at 2 ohms in a q-logic ported box.

the box is out, won't fit in trunk anyways, and i will have to make something different. mostly i am a SQ kind of guy, sometimes i like it loud, i am torn between 2 things;
1. getting newer DVC subs to run the amp down to 1 ohm or just getting a more powerful amp (most likely), been looking into getting a brutus. and running 2 subs again.
2. switching over to 1 sub, getting a more powerful amp (preferably clean power and willing to take suggestions) and run that in a larger ported box or sealed (undecided) and stick the other sub in my durango with the JBL to complement the factory system.

i am itching to get started but don't want to dive into something and waste my time. i will be going to the meet in K'zoo on the 18th and checking out systems there also (i will probably be the guy with a box in my back seat LOL), just rying to go over everything before i really get started.

oh yeah, those of you with verts, how bad does the rear deck rattle? i still have some fatmat left over from the install on the old car and am trying to figure out where to best use it.
