I am installing an Alpine alarm on my 99 Sunfire GT. I was gonna make my door lock connections at the switch and the motor (priority unlock) in the driver's side door. I was just wondering if my car has positive or negative UNLOCK??
I also need to know if:
my door pulse length should be 1 sec or 3 sec
Should I have the Double Pulse Unlock on or off?
Should my priority UL Polarity be positive or negative?
Check your hanes manual for the wiring diagram. it will tell you if your door locks are +/-.
