I'm going to get Legacy LA 290 400W 4 channel amp to run my Infinity 6x9's and stock front speakers. Are these Legacy amps any good or just pice of $hit?

yeah legacy is crap, invest in something decent like clarion, pioneer, alpine, rockford fosgate etc.
