i need to know how to wire a JVC KDH-1100 headunit into a Sony XAV-7W in dash monitor? thanks

the audio outputs from your player (ps2, dvd player, wutever) go into your headunit (left and right respectively..

the video goes from your player to your monitors input (video, the yellow cable)

wut else is there to know?

and the power/ground for the screen...

i am hooking up an xbox for the video source and i know how to do this, but what i need to know is how to hook up the cd player? do i wire up the monitor with all the speaker leads, and then just power/ground to the cd player and use th outputs to send the sound to the "brain" of the monitor and then to the monitor to go out to the speakers? let me know if this will work if you understand what i said. the cd player will only have the power/ground hook-ups and th rca output

wire all audio to your head unit aux in, or get something like this...



if your head unit doesn't have an aux or audio in, then you picked the wrong headunit for your setup
