Well I decided to put in my own cd player to save me money.
I have a wire harness and I connected it to the new cd player and the car's wire harness.
The wireing harness I bought had a 12+ wire and a 12+ acces wire and a ground wire. I have all wires going through the harness and I didn't tap into any other wires for power because I figure the 12+ wire will give it power and the 12+ acces will turn it on.
The Problem I am getting is that once I plug it in it will power for less then a second, and the screen will flash a less bright color, then power off all together.
I also did not use the dimmer wire comming from the harness because there is no wire from my cd player for a dimmer option. I also didn't use the power attena wire as well.
any ideas?
