I just got Nokya 7000k's for my headlights. I love them, but I hate that my parking lights are so yellow. I'm thinking about buying clear corners and clear bulbs that glow yellow at night. Because cops around where I live are @#%$#'s and prob will ticket me for having white turn signal lights. But either way I'm still going to have the yellow corners at night. I keep looking for a way to re-wire my lights so that my parking(corner) lights dont run when I'm driving. So that the only time my corners light up is when I'm turning. I've looked on the boards in like every category and everywhere online. Does anybody know?

there should be 2 wires going into them a white and a blue, one controls the parking aspect and one control the turn signal, i do not remember which is which, someone will have to clarify
There's three wires.. one blue (signal +12V), one brown (parking lights +12V) and one black (ground).
I suppose you could put a switch on the brown wire on each side... or you could just turn off the headlights

Turn them off? I want my headlights on when im driving and my parking lights to not work, i think i'll put switches on. thanks!
Ok... but tell me how that's different than having your DRLs on? Or are we talking about at night? (I'm confused here)
If you're driving around at night with no side lights.... and get into an accident... your insurance company may not cover you for disabling a safety feature (running lights). Maybe some side markers would help cover your butt... but make darn sure before you go and do it. Hate to see ya get screwed...

I'm talking about at night. To have pure white light without the yellow side. true about the insurance.. i never thought of that. its my DD too. I'd have no sidelights while driving, but signals when i'm turning. Thats a reason I'll probably put the switch in....Have them off when needed and turn them on when i'm actually going somewhere. thanks, i would've never thought of that
