Well heres my problem, I was driving arround with a cooler in my car and my amp sits on my back seat. The cooler tipped over and dumped water ontop of my amp, i dried it off REALLY quick and turned my deck off and then went to the beach for like 2 hours then went home and unplugged the fuse (which was fried). The next day i bought a new fuse then plugged it in. It for some reason made the ground on the BATTERY spark, but the fuse that blew is on the power wire going to the power terminal on my battery. It didnt fry the fuse yet tho when the ground sparked. So i turned the car on and thats when it fried the fuse. I thought i may not have a good ground or maybe one of my wires rubbed thru, but i havnt had my system for more than a couple of months. Anyone have any ideas? I dont just want to keep buying new fuses and keep blowing htem, because i dont know if my amp is good, i took the amp appart and there is a lil dust on inside of the plate that covers the bottom of the amp(none of hte dust was movd from water or anything) and also there is no burn marks on the amp or anything that looks disturbed. We used an OHM reader thing to test the power/neg. terminals on the amp and it wasnt shorted....
sounds like you have a direct ground short somewhere.
visually inspect all your wire....connections and everything.

I don't think JBL will give out schematic's for their amps. Best bet is to do a visual inspection of the amps internals, recheck all your power/grounds to make sure everything is as should be, and if it's still @!#$ take it in for repair.
