My purge solenoid is leaking N20 into the outlet side, It isnt horrible but I can hear it Hissing out, So can I adjust it and if so how?
Or can I send it in for a rebuild?

Have you tried removing all the connections, re-taping and re-tightening them? We've had this problem before as well--try the easiest fix before you go after the costliest.
Its a dynotune purge kit, I dont think it is new..
And I dont think redoing the fitting is going to solve the problem because it leaks when there isnt even a fitting in the tap
