I also have the secret cams in my posession and i am about to put them in
future plans
safc II and wideband (Do the secret cams throw off the a/f ratio enough to worry about this? is there horsepower to be had or is it just insurance?)

Granted I don't own a quad my self From what i have read you most likely won't need to tune the secret cams with an afc but I'm sure you wouldn't hurt
As far as your nitrous set up goes, I would throw in a window switch and fuel pressure safty switch since you are planning on using a bigger shot. The last thing you want to do is go lean, and even though you are an auto I would suggest the window switch just to be sure you dont start spraying at to low an rpm.
