its a widow bumper if that helps
its not on yur car. i just took his car and changed the color more closer to yours, hope this helps!

bumper just needs a support bracket on it then it will be all good
it looks like its gonna need more then a bracket to fix that much of a warp....its gonna need to be cut..trust me.
that bumper is ugly as sin. the only cure for it would be if it fell off and you backed over it.
gotta love the filler panel holes
