exactly you can send photoshop to someone but it's MAD ILLEGAL!!
Simple solution...use GIMP. It's free and has most of the tools photoshop does, minus a few filters and the healing tool. Personally I don't like photoshop, and I'm a cheap bastard so it's win win..
