i was wondering if you had to have a special program to chop pic but i am not sure and want to get in it thanks
Most people will use Adobe Photoshop to edit the images, unless people do it quick in MS Paint. THere are a ton of other programs out there too though. Just keep in mine, legal editions of this software is not cheap.
