well the main white reflections, like on the side of the car usally take the longest because its hard to make it look right by trying to fade it with the eraser. the small details take 2nd the longest, like adding the 1px white line to the weather stripping and all the other places, and the rims would be after that.
mostly everything is time comsuming when it comes to toons for me, because i wont leave something the way it is if it looks odd/wrong. For most people the backgrounds for toons are the easiest, while i sat here for about 1 1/2 hours trying to make one that looked good, I sat here and looked threw my pictures I have on sunsets and scenary lol, I must have tried atleast 20 different gradients for the sky.
Soo.. at the moment Im kind of stuck at a wall, I dont get many people saying so and so needs improvement, so Im not to sure what I can improve on, I'll try to add tons of detail in the bg of the next toon i do, the only problem with that is i dont want the BG to to be more interesting then the car itself
