I use PSP, but the concept is the same. Use the SunBurst option (or similar) to sim your headlights.
Depending on how you want the lights to flash, either like this:

You use different img files, chain them as an animated gif, and viola.

I was told you use image ready , but i could never god damn figure out how to do it.
Are these free programs if so , any links?
My version of PSP came with an animation program. There may be a downloadable demo through Jasc. As far as Image Ready goes, someone with PhotoShop experience should answer that.
