Ok... I'm looking to cut out the fog light holes and do something different with the part inbetween the head lights... maybe fill it in or move the first section up ... if someone could mess around with it alittle and give me some ideas that would be great but for sure i want the fog light holes gone so that part should be open.

Adbot says your bumper sucks. Just kiddin. I'm not exactly sure what you want here. I know you want to cut foglight holes but is that it? just leave the holes? And I'm not sure what you mean by "move the first section up."
Here I hope this helps.... I pretty much just want someone to do something different ... that is still yet possible for me to do the work myself at home. It's going under a make over when I get my stock bumpers back on for winter.

is it a fiberglass kit? not too had as long as you know how to glass. if it's not fiberglass, you'll never get it right. Why not just put in some big fog lights?
