cold morning troubles

so for those that dont know i did a eco swap about a year ago. put spec 1 clutch and fidanza lightweight flywheel. with that said, i noticed alot when it was cold out (even cold in the garage) when i start my car in the mornings it has a funny idle. it bounces from 1100 to 1500 then back down and back up a few times until it starts to warm up to around 100degrees. When it does start to warm up if im late to work or whatever with the temperature still around 100degrees (give or take) my clutch likes to stick, not wanting to disengage. Meaning i push in the clutch put it in 1st and start to drive and it hesitates or shakes a little bit. is that due to my flywheel or do you think its fluid problems? im running the atf full synthetic fluid. Had it changed and flushed about 6 months ago after i did my trans swap. Also after the swap and every since then, when i go to get gas whether i put a 1/4 of a tank or fill it all the way up, when i start my car back up it wants to die if i dont give it a little throttle. Then 2 to 3 seconds it resumes idle around 1100. Any ideas? i know this is alot of mess to read and try to answer but any ideas or comments or advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

i have a wierd issue like that too with my 2200 5spd, when its cold it seems like it take an unusually long time to turn over, and the idle goes from 1100 to around 1300 randomly, and it seems like its losing fluid every so many weeks, and every now and then it seems like i blow the clutch until i either add fluid or try and bleed the line with the car running.. so far warming the car up before driving and/or adding fluid when needed seems to help but i'm not sure if its the same issue for you or not.
