how much work and how long to change a timing chain on a 98 ld9?

For what a shop rate, or for someone who has done it ten times, for a first timer, for someone with any mechanical ability, being more specific would ehlp

ive never done one but i would be able to do it just wondering how long and hard it is

if you've done it several times before you could probably accomplish it in about 3 hours, first time.. probably double that. getting it apart and back together isnt hard..getting the timing chain on just right is the challenge.
