3400 swap passlock question

i was wondering about my passlock on my 3400 cav and i'd like to get another opinion from somebody. i have the vats disabled with hp tuners but for a precaution i was wondering if i just cut the yellow passlock signal wire( like you would do to install a remote starter) could i cut this wire before i start the car rather then when its already started and get it to work out for me..i havent had the car running yet so i dont know if hp tuners has taken care of the vats or not. i have already reflashed the pcm with hpt but my security light is still blinking when i turn on the key (havent tried to start it yet) . so if you can pick any sense into this possibly poorly worded post lol then any help would be appreciated..thanks.

oh and also, about the a/t codes that need to be disabled.. since its a manual transmission. what codes is it that need to be removed. or anyone with a .hpt tune that i could have a peek at would be great.

i just went out and tried to start the car and the security light was flashing i waited till it went out and tried to start it but it wouldnt turn over and my fuel pump wouldnt work..although the battery is showing dead..but i didnt even get a click from the starter ill know tomorrow if this will work or not.

if you switched everything (wiring wise in the car like in the other thread) you should be able to do the relearn shouldn't need HPTuners cause your car would bascily be a grand am wired car since you changed it front to back providing everything got changed and done so correctly also every V6 swap problem question out ends up being a wiring problem somewhere

i suspect a wiring problem somewhere. i dont know if it might have something to do with the 7x ckp sensor maybe?.the purple wire from the starter only goes to the park/neutral position switch correct? would that cause a problem? and about the relearn..good point..i really didnt think of it that way. should i go back to hpt and set the vats back to serial and enable the dtc's again?
