Does anybody know how to convert the 03-05 gauge cluster to leds? Along with the HVAC and Gear shifter.

The 00+ clusters already have LEDs in them, and it's not something you want to get into unless you really know what you're doing. They are soldered to the main board. Search the interior and/or audio & electronics forum for more info.

Really i thought they were bulbs or well that's what my repair manual says but i'll look into it.

Not on the 00+ clusters. The 95-99's had removeable bulbs that are easily replaced, but not the newer ones. The 00+ clusters are also very difficult to take apart without damage, because the needles very often pull the shaft right out of the motor when you try to remove them. And unlike the 95-99 clusters, the motors are soldered to the board, so you can not simply unplug them. If you want to do it, get yourself another cluster to mess around with, so that if you f&%k it up, you haven't ruined the one in your car.
