What a mess of a run on sentence..I'll try to decipher.

Springs : You can either go cheap, or go quality..Cheap, would be whatever you can find on ebay for the lowest price (This is NOT RECCOMENDED).
Quality, There are tons of great companys, but Eibach is my personal choice, You can either get Pro-Kit Springs(nice, mild drop), or Sportlines (Biggest drop before coilovers). These will run you around $200-$250.

Shocks/Struts : Again, if you want to go the cheap route, buy springs, and put them on stock struts and shocks..It sucks, ruins things, and is a horrible ride, but people have done it.
Quality route, is more or less either Koni Yellows, or KYB AGX's, or even Tokiko D-specs. These will run you (depending) $400-$600

Bracing wise, you can do front and rear upper strut bars, which can be had decently cheap on ebay, or better quality with brands like Vibrant and RK sport, On the lower end, you can do Sway bars, which my favorites are Eibachs, and those will run you another $300 or so.

After that, you can get into Polyurethane bushings, and smaller things like that, but for the most part, I covered just about everything suspension wise you would be interested.

Good luck.
