if i want to convert my car from the 97 wiring to the 00+ wiring what all do i need to change out?
I was told you have to change all the wiring, right to the tail lights.....

to do a 2000-2002 front end headlight conversion you do not need to change the REAR tails lights wiring ..

I am not talking bout just doing a headlight comversion. I am wanting to change over the whole wiring in the car so I can run the newer engines and gauges.
just buy an 00+ and save the headache. christ the cars are dirt cheap
Yup, would be much easier for you just sell your current car and just buy the newer one you want. Worrying about wires is just the beginning with the whole swap.
yeah after the wires the fuel system is also different
Basically find the post about doing a Ecotec swap on a 95-99 its basically the exact same to make your 95-99 a 00+ 2.4 or ecotec its teh same amount of work. if your going to go through all that work may as well Ecotec it
