thank god finally something has gone right today.
i wish it was eco swap time.... right now its i need a car so badly, ill settle for a new 2200
but along that same motor, they have this advertised
\
"This engine has 40k miles, has been test ran in the car (runs fine), has 150-psi compression, is in good, clean condition, and is ready to ship & install."
150 psi compression? i dont know what im talking about, but is that good?
150 psi on a 2200 is like new.
lol shipping from oregon is gonna run you like 300 bucks
ya it is actually 350... lol but the motor comes with a 90 day warranty on all accessories, as well as a 36K mile block warranty. so its all good i guess... im probably going to buy it and end up with that as a new motor... since it would be like new, and broken in, ill be looking into a more performance oriented 2200... i know i know its not worth it.... blah blah blah. but its cool with me to have a decent looking car that runs well. i need it to move from its parking space... but right now i just need a car so ill settle for a slow, but running 2200
the only accessories it comes with is the exhaust manifold and oil pan. hopefully you can use all your old stuff on this motor such as water pump, altenator, starter, intake manifold, etc...
the water pump comes with it also. but yeah everything else is "rather new" on my car. the alternator is 20K miles old, starter is BRAND NEW as of a week ago intake manifold will be cleaned... i took off my A/C.... ummmm plugs and wires and coil packs are also new. i will probably change plugs anyway. i also have a new belt tensioner which i will be using.
thats good atleast you can salvage your old parts on this new motor.
