My heater core supply/return line for my 99Z started leaking fluid. So i went to the junkyard to grab one since these are not available new anywhere that I could find. I managed to find one off a 96Z w/ the 2.3 quad. I'm assuming that it should work just fine. Does any1 have any reason for me to believe otherwise? I mean it's a little different but the lengths of the hoses looks to be about right.And it has the same "H" type design to it. Of course i have'nt taken my leaking one off yet so i can't be sure.

Just because its on GMpartsdirect.com doesent mean they have it. I ordered the part but a week later got an e-mail from them saying "The part you ordered is out of stock and no longer being produced" (or somthing to that effect) I called up local dealers and they all told me the same thing. either way the one from the junk yard worked just fine, must've been a 95 then cause it had the 2.3.
